The Mojito uisce

  • Add 3/4 di Amore Amaretto to shaker;

  • Muddle 3 mint leaves in shaker;

  • Shake The Mojito well;

  • Add 3 oz of The Mojito;

  • Add 1/2 oz lime juice to shaker;

  • Add 1 oz Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey to shaker;

  • Add Nutmeg shavings to shaker;

  • Add 1/2 oz egg white to shaker;

  • Add 1/2 oz cream to shaker;

  • Shake neat for 45 seconds;

  • Shake with ice sphere for 1 minute;

  • Strain into a chilled glass coupe; 

  • Garnish with a mint;

  • Cheers to the future of cocktail consumption!
